The agent of Lautaro Martinez has made clear that the Argentuine is completely happy at Inter Milan, and only focused on the Nerazzurri.

Martinez’s agent Alejandro Camano spoke to Spanish outlet AS, via FCInterNews, about the Inter captain.

Martinez’s contract situation has been in the news in recent weeks.

The 26-year-old is currently under contract with Inter until the end of June 2026.

But by all accounts, the Nerazzurri want to extend that as soon as possible. There have been talks to that effect ongoing for several months now.

However, as of yet Martinez has not put pen to paper on a new deal.

This despite reports that suggested that Inter had been hoping to have already sorted out the situation last month.

Moreover, Martinez’s agent Camano has already made clear that the negotiations are not done. The agent strongly hinted that the reason for this is that Inter have not met the player’s financial demands.

However, there still aren’t many worries about Martinez’s future.

The sense very much remains that the 26-year-old will extend his contract sooner or later. And Camano has once again reiterated the reason why – Martinez is happy at Inter and wants to stay.

Agent Of Lautaro Martinez: “Focus Only On Inter, He’s Happy”

Of the fact that Martinez had at one point been close to joining Inter’s Champions League opponents Atletico Madrid, Camano said that “I can’t speak to that situation.”

“I wasn’t involved in it.”

“All I can say is that his focus is just on Inter,” the agent continued.

“He still has two years left on his contract,” Camano said. “He’s the captain, and he’s very involved in the club’s affairs.”

The agent continued that “Lautaro is already one of the top three players in the world.”

And of how the Argentine is doing at Inter, Camano said “He’s happy.”

“The only thing that he always tells me is: ‘I’m feeling very good. I’m feeling very good.'”

“You just have to watch their matches,” the agent added.

“Inter are a team that you want to pay to go and watch in the stadium. Or watch the matches on television.”

“They have a well-defined, modern game, with a very clear identity and a complete squad.”

“Inzaghi has done an excellent job,” Camano said of the Inter coach.

“He deserves the praise he’s been getting in the last few months.”
