All of Inter Milan, AC Milan, and Juventus are eyeing up Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee as a target for this summer.

This according to Sky Sports Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg. Plettenberg anticipates that the 22-year-old will be valued at around 35-40 million, and is unlikely to return to Bayern Munich.

Zirkzee has undoubtedly been one of the breakout players of this Serie A season.

The Dutchman has emerged as the main centre-forward for Bologna following the departure of Marko Arnautovic, who joined Inter last summer.

And Zirkzee has really embrace this newfound responsibility. The young striker is enjoying by far his most productive season in front of goal.

Zirkzee has scored eleven goals and assisted a further three for Bologna in Serie A this season.

The 22-year-old’s goals have been a key driver of the Rossoblu’s surprise push for Champions League football.

And Zirkzee has provided far more than just goals for Thiago Motta’s team. The former Bayern striker’s combination of height, strength, and technical ability has made him a reference point in attack.

Inter, AC Milan & Juventus Eye Up Joshua Zirkzee

According to Plettenberg, Zirkzee’s performances for Bologna this season have certainly not escaped the notice of Serie A’s biggest clubs.

The German journalist claims that all three of Inter, Milan, and Juventus are eyeing up a deal for the Dutchman.

Of course, Zirkzee’s form mean that he would not come cheap.

Particularly in the event that Bologna were to qualify for the Champions League, they would make an effort to hold onto their star striker. And, failing that, they’d want to cash in for a big fee.

Meanwhile, Plettenberg reports that Bayern are unlikely to bring Zirkzee back.

The Bavarian giants do have a buyback clause on the deal that sent the Dutchman to Bologna. But they have other priorities.

Plettenberg also note that Zirkzee’s priority is to be fit and in form for the Euros this summer with the Netherlands.
