Inter Milan and AC Milan will meet in next month’s derby on a Monday.

The Nerazzurri and the Rossoneri had initially been scheduled to face off on Sunday, the 21st. But the fixture has been moved back one day.

This is to accommodate the European schedule of Milan.

The Rossoneri will be taking on Serie A rivals Roma in a Europa Legue quarterfinal tie the prior week.

Therefore, the Milan players will get one extra day to rest and prepare for the derby.
