Inter Milan President Steven Zhang is proud to have written a chapter in the club’s history with the Serie A title and second star.
Zhang gave a special video message after the Nerazzurri clinched the title with a 2-1 win over AC Milan in the derby.
Now it’s official. Inter are Serie A champions for the 2023-24 season.
The Nerazzurri had previously won the title in the 2020-21 campaign.
Zhang has been President for both of those seasons, among other trophies that the club has won while he has been at the helm.
Things have not always been straightforward for the Nerazzurri during that time. Particularly as financial woes have hampered the club within the transfer market.
But now, Inter have won their twentieth title. And with it, they can now sew the second star above the crests on their shirts.
A 2-1 win against Milan in a fiery derby was enough to make sure of that.

Zhang gave his message, “Wow, 20.”
“What a number! 20 Scudetti. 116 years and now finally we are here.”
“Today is a special day, a historical day for the entire Nerazzurri Family.”
“Today our hearts are full of joy because Inter have achieved something only few can ever dream of.”
He went on, “Today, all Inter fans around the world will be celebrating the achievement of our Second Star, an incredible mark on our history that we have written together.”
“We’ve faced countless challenges, from successes and difficult moments, to reaching the greatest glory, which repays all our efforts.”
“Our aim has always been the same: to return to the heights of Italian and European football.”
“We’ve achieved that together. And today we’re celebrating the 20th Scudetto in our history.”
“Our second star that we will wear on our chest from here now on.”
