Inter Milan will go with the strongest possible starting eleven in tomorrow’s Serie A match against Lazio, including Benjamin Pavard and Matteo Darmian.

Today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, also predict that Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be back in the lineup.

In Inter’s last couple matches in Serie A, Inzaghi has started to ring in the changes.

The Nerazzurri coach made a total of five changes between the matches against Torino and Sassuolo.

And then between the matches against Sassuolo and Frosinone, there were seven changes to the starting eleven.

Naturally, with Inter having sewn up the Serie A title last month, there has not been quite the same pressure to hunt down results.

Inzaghi has had the chance to give more opportunities to players who haven’t regularly started this season.

And some key players have had the chance to rest. For example, Hakan Calhanoglu hasn’t started either of Inter’s last two matches.

Inter To Go With Full-Strength XI Vs Lazio – Pavard & Darmian To Start

According to the Gazzetta, however, it will be a full-strength eleven against Lazio tomorrow.

There are a couple of positions where that is up for debate.

For example, in the centre of defense Stefan de Vrij will start with Francesco Acerbi available but perhaps lacking some match fitness.

But Calhanoglu, for example, will be back to take the place of Kristjan Asllani.

Both Nicolo Barella and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will join Calhanoglu in the midfield trio. That means that Davide Frattesi drops out after two consecutive starts.

On the right flank, former Manchester United veteran Matteo Darmian will get the nod over Denzel Dumfries.

On the left it will be Federico Dimarco.

Benjamin Pavard and Alessandro Bastoni will replace Yann Bisseck and Carlos Augusto in the back three. And Yann Sommer will start in goal.

And lastly, the Gazzetta reports, it will be the first-choice strike partnership of Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.
