Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni was named as the Serie A defender of the season for the 2023-24 campaign.
The 25-year-old was instrumental in a Nerazzurri backline that conceded the fewest goals of any team.
And Bastoni contributed far more than just defensive qualities.
The former Atalanta and Parma defender also got forward where he showed plenty of quality. This proved to be another edge as Inter won the Serie A title.
Inter took to Instagram to congratulate Bastoni on his award.
