Inter Milan wingback Denzel Dumfries is confident about the Netherlands’ chances at EURO 2024.

The Dutchman spoke to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, following his team’s quarterfinal win over Turkey on Saturday.

The Netherlands are now one of the final four teams remaining at the Euros.

The Oranje beat Poland, drew with France, and lost to Austria in the group stage. And in the knockouts, they’ve scored convincing wins against the likes of Romania and Turkey.

Inter wingback Dumfries has been a key part of the Netherlands’ starting eleven, along with his club teammate Stefan de Vrij.

The Inter pair faced Nerazzurri teammates Marcus Thuram, Marko Arnaotivc, and Benjamin Pavard in the group stage.

And on Saturday, Dumfries and the Netherlands eliminated a Turkey side captained by Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.

Now, the Netherlands face England for a place in the final of the Euros.

The winner of that semifinal showdown will go on to face either Spain or France.
