Inter Milan are reportedly finalizing the transfer of teenage striker Thiago Romano from Panathinaikos.

In addition to bolstering their senior squad, the Italian champions have also been working on poaching some of the finest young talents on the globe.

The Nerazzurri have already acquired Real Betis teenage defender Alex Perez as well as Slovenian wonderkid Luka Topalovic.

Yet, Piero Ausilio and Co. are showing now signs of slowing down on this front.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport via FcInterNews, the club is on the verge of securing the services of Romano.

The 18-year-old is a Buenos Aires native who has been developing through the ranks of Panathinaikos.

His father, Diego Romano was an Argentine player who spent the vast majority of his playing days in Greece.

He currently works as a scout at Iraklis, which explains why his son started his career in Greece rather than his native Argentina.
