Wingback Federico Dimarco is a doubt for Monday’s Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Fiorentina due to illness.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908. They report that the 27-year-old missed today’s training session due to lingering flu-like symptoms.
Inter wingback Federico Dimarco did not start Thursday’s Serie A clash with Fiorentina.
The Italian international did come off the bench during the second half. However, he did not look to be anywhere near his best.
Part of the reason for this was that Dimarco had been suffering from a fever and flu-like symptoms in the buildup to the match.
Federico Dimarco A Doubt For Inter Milan Vs Fiorentina Clash Due To Illness
According to Sky, Federico Dimarco still has not gotten over his illness.

The fever and flu-like symptoms have lingered on for a few days now.
Therefore, Dimarco missed yesterday’s training session with the group, and also was out of training today.
As such, Sky reports, Dimarco is a doubt for Inter’s next match.
The Nerazzurri face Fiorentina for a second time in the space of less than a week. And after losing the reverse fixture 3-0, they will certainly have revenge on their minds.
Dimarco may well only be ready to be on the bench, at most, for that match.
