Yann Bisseck will start in Wednesday’s Champions League clash between Barcelona and Inter Milan.
This according to Italian outlet Gazzetta.it. They also report that Nerazzurri striker Marcus Thuram will be back in full training tomorrow.
Inter Milan will be without defender Benjamin Pavard against Barcelona on Wednesday.
The former Bayern Munich defender suffered an ankle sprain during yesterday’s Serie A clash with Roma.
And there is no way for Pavard to recover in time to be available tomorrow.
Therefore, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi will have to make a different decision in defense.
Bisseck To Start Barcelona Vs Inter Milan Clash – Thuram Back In Training Tomorrow

Inzaghi would have a couple potential options on the right of the back three.
Matteo Darmian is certainly capable of playing in that position. And with Denzel Dumfries back from injury he would be freed up from playing at right-wingback.
However, the most like-for-like replacement for Pavard would be Yann Bisseck.
The German came off the bench to replace Pavard against Roma yesterday.
And according to the Gazzetta, Bisseck will get the nod from the start on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Gazzetta report, striker Marcus Thuram is close to making a return to full training.
The 27-year-old picked up the intensity of his individual work today. Tomorrow, he can train with the rest of the squad ahead of the first leg against Barcelona.
