Bournemouth and Fiorentina are both keen to sign Inter Milan midfielder Kristjan Asllani this summer transfer window.
This according to Italian outlet FCInterNews.
Midfielder Kristjan Asllani is now coming towards the end of his third season at Inter.
The Nerazzurri signed the Albanian international from Empoli in the summer of 2022. They paid a fee of around €14 million in total.
Asllani was initially brought in as the backup to Marcelo Brozovic at Inter.
However, it has instead been Hakan Calhanoglu who Asllani has largely deputized for.
Asllani has certainly had his moments in an Inter shirt. Most recently, he impressed with his performance against Hellas Verona this weekend, including scoring the winning penalty.
Displays like these certainly underline the quality that Asllani undeniably possesses.
Nevertheless, there remains a sense that Asllani has not yet made good on his potential. Therefore, it is doubtful that he can get to the level Inter expected and become a regular starter.
Bournemouth & Fiorentina Keen On Inter Midfielder Kristjan Asllani

According to FCInterNews, Inter’s position this summer is that they are not going to force Kristjan Asllani out – but neither will they turn down offers.
In this sense, the 23-year-old is in a similar boat to Davide Frattesi at Inter.
Therefore, a lot will depend on whether any bids come in that convince Inter.
According to FCIN, there are two clubs in particular who are eyeing up a move for Asllani.
Firstly, Fiorentina are long-time admirers of the Albanian. Therefore, they could make an effort to bring him back to Tuscany.
That would depend on which of the midfielders currently on loan La Viola sign permanently. The futures of Yacine Adli, Danilo Cataldi, and Michael Folorunsho are in the balance.
Meanwhile, from the Premier League, Bournemouth are keen on Asllani. The Cherries’ SPorting Director Tiago Pinto, formerly of Roma, is a major admirer.
Then, FCIN note that if Asllani were to leave Inter, the Nerazzurri would move for a replacement.
Petar Sucic is already set to arrive at Inter from Dinamo Zagreb. And the Croat is capable of playing in holding midfield.
However, Inter would nevertheless look to sign another like-for-like replacement for Asllani.
Venezia’s Hans Nicolussi Caviglia is a player who has come onto Inter’s radar in this respect, reportedly.
