Beppe Marotta is willing to go to great lengths to convince Simone Inzaghi to pledge his future to Inter Milan amid intense exit talks.
Per Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri president has outlined an ambitious summer project.
It began as a media rumor, yet it’s starting to pick up a head of steam.
Simone Inzaghi could leave San Siro after four years as Saudi giants Al-Hilal aim to sign him after the Champions League final.
Indeed, a monstrous €60 million offer for a two-year contract is on the table.
Therefore, Inzaghi has a choice to make.
Beppe Marotta Outlines Ambitious Summer Plan to Keep Simone Inzaghi at Inter Milan

Inzaghi’s contract runs out in 2026, but the Italians are keen to tie the 49-year-old down to a new multi-year deal.
Petar Sucic will officially become a new Nerazzurri star in June.
Meanwhile, the Serie A runners-up are working around the clock to complete Luis Henrique’s arrival from Marseille.
Furthermore, Manchester United flops Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund are on the club’s shortlist.
With Marko Arnautovic and Joaquin Correa set to wave goodbye, Inter are in the market for attacking reinforcements.
Parma’s Ange-Yoan Bonny is another concrete target.
Further additions may come at the back, with Koni De Winter, Jhon Lucumi, and Sam Beukema in Inter’s crosshairs.
However, much will depend on Yann Bisseck’s future.
Finally, Inter could pursue a deal for Morten Frendrup, who enjoyed a superb season at Genoa.
all right comments regarding inzaghi- hes made some poor sub decisions … they should be focusing to strengthen the midfield – i would do anything possible to get tonali and not let him slip to juve !
A Pope died and a new one was elected
The same applies to Inzaghi. Good luck to him.
30 mil per annum is no joke.
as for new arrivals…pay peanuts and you get monkeys. Forza Inter.
I’m glad people are agreeing on the bisseck front – criminally overrated! And I don’t what anyone says, he moved his elbow towards the ball, he’s stupid!
As for the title of this column – calling sucic, either of the United flops, a bang average Parma player and a similarly mediocre Genoa defender “ambitious” is about as humbling as it gets.
I heard we had been in contact with modric, that’s all we need another nearly 40 year old…and if Napoli get de bruyne I’ll be so pissed
total disastro
We know that the management does not plan an “ambitious” mercato. They seek to buy cheap (20-30 mln) youngsters with “potential”, not top-quality established players. Unless at least one 50+ mln player arrives, this is as cheap as it can get for a team that has made money in the UCL.
50m player doesn’t mean quality arrival.
and we need multiple reinforcement in several areas of the squad.
i would take 4-5 squad players over 1 superstar.
Asllani, Bisseck with his errors, Taremi, Palacios were squad players too. If a player is sold for cheap, there is a reason for it. We can’t buy several established players, but at least one or two should be added every summer as long as the team makes money in the UCL.
We need good quality players, no matter what is the price paid for them. In my opinion, 2 good back up strikers, 1 good back up for Barella, and at least 1 top level central defender, though we need 2.
If possible, Mkhitarian should be replaced with Sergei Millinkovich-Savic or with really top quality player as he is past his age.
If it happens, Inzaghi can rotate the squad with confidence and Inter can challenge any team in the world.
Bisseck will develop into a Top level defender this season. I don’t think he should be sold because Inter will need to spend big on his replacement.
Inter has earned lot of money from UCL and will still earn from the FIFA world cup. So the money is there.
after all, our player deserve some quality companions after the magnificent work done this year and again.
Bisseck definitely needs to be sold.
You are so wright,i think somebody from Napoli give him money for handball in last seconds against Parma,he di the same error in first match i the serie A opening.
