Inter Milan have no plans to sell Lautaro Martinez, Alessandro Bastoni, Nicolo Barella, Federico Dimarco, or Hakan Calhanoglu this summer.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan are certainly going to make changes this summer.
That has long been obvious. The Nerazzurri’s squad is only getting younger, and so this summer will be one of rejuvenation.
Then, a 5-0 Champions League loss to Paris Saint-Germain only made clearer the need for a reshuffle.
Inter Not Planning To Sell Lautaro, Bastoni, Barella, Dimarco Or Calhanoglu

However, reports the Gazzetta, it is not going to be a complete clearout for Inter this summer.
The Nerazzurri will certainly make some sales. But they’re not aiming to lose any of their biggest names.
Lautaro Martinez, Alessandro Bastoni, Nicolo Barella, Federico Dimarco, and Hakan Calhanoglu all started for Inter in the Champions League final.
And it would be fair to say that none of them put in convincing performances.
But Inter are baking on the desire for revenge from their biggest names. They believe that these players will have all the greater motivation to prove themselves next season.
According to the Gazzetta, therefore, Inter are not planning to sell any of the five.
The problem with Lautaro is his inconsistency. Too bad it happened in the final.
If these 5 are the core, then fair enough… Even with the severe drop off in form by most this season (apart from Bastoni) they are all quality players, probably in need of a good rest more than anything!! What we need to do though, is bring fresh players with different qualities (pace, creativity and dribbling) to compliment them… What’s worrying, is that Henrique aside, non of the players we seem to be linked with have those qualities!!!!
I agree. How important it is to have a player with pace, able to dribble.
Barcelona has Lamine. PSG has Dembelé (and many others).
We don’t have one. The job of Mhiki is supposed to do that lol. The closest one with dribble quality is Zalewski, but man he needs to grow.
