If it comes down to a choice, Galatasaray will reportedly pick wantaway Napoli superstar Victor Osimhen over Hakan Calhanoglu.

Per Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Nigerian center-forward remains the Turkish club’s top target for the summer.

Victor Osimhen spent last season on loan at Rams Park, helping Galatasaray beat Fenerbahce to the Super Lig title.

Furthermore, he left a telling impression on manager Okan Buruk, netting a staggering 37 goals in 41 matches.

However, the 26-year-old had to return to Napoli, as the loan deal between the clubs did not include a purchase option.

The reigning Super Lig holders are ready to offer Osimhen a blockbuster contact to lure him back to Istanbul.

Yet, they cannot afford his outrageous €75 million release clause.

On the other hand, Galatasaray continue to keep close tabs on Hakan Calhanoglu.

Moreover, they may table a €15m bid for the Inter Milan playmaker, plus a €10m contract proposal.

But Inter won’t let their midfield dynamo leave for less than €25m.

Therefore, Galatasaray could drop their interest in the 31-year-old to facilitate Osimhen’s return.
