Frattesi if deployed as an AM can score goals, and can rotate with Sucic who can provide creativity. We have a good number of good players but they should be deployed the right way and given time to adapt. If Chivu does that, I will be happy with him regardless of whether he wins silverware next season or not.

Yea but why cant we play some young players against a weak side? This would have been perfect chance to get them warmed up for this tournament.
Easy, we face River Plate (the toughest team in this group) in our last game. We must win this game at all costs to increase our chances of going through. If the teams has it in the bag by the end of the first half, we might see some youngsters get some playing time.

We need a coach who has not being in Italy… Perhaps one who has been in the bundlesliga or la liga… Coaches in italy are used to lazy style of football and they are incorrigible, no matter the results the get on the big stage… When there is a change in trend and attitude it will be clear for all to see..

I was hoping to see J. Martinez, Palacios, Berenbruch, Topalovic and Sucic starting here…. we’re not in a shape to win this competition, and if we want to be near the top of the table this season, Barella, Martinez, DiMarco etc., just need some solid rest!! Hope some of the aforementioned and Pio Esposito get at least half an hour here, or we’re not going to learn anything about our squad during this competition….
