Inter Milan forward Giacomo De Pieri could follow in the footsteps of Francesco Pio Esposito and Valentin Carboni with a loan to Serie B team Monza.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Teenager striker Giacomo De Pieri has enjoyed an outstanding season at youth level.
The 18-year-old was one of the shining lights of Inter’s Under-19, or Primavera, team over the course of the campaign.
In fact, De Pieri’s performances were so impressive that he even earned call-ups to the Nerazzurri’s senior squad.
And De Pieri was able to make his first team debut for Inter. he came off the bench in a Champions League match against Monaco.
Giacomo De Pieri Could Follow Pio Esposito & Carboni With Serie B Loan

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Monza are keen to sign Giacomo De Pieri.
And the newspaper report that Inter would see this as a viable option for the teenager.
Rather than including De Pieri in their new Under-23 team next season, Inter would be ready to loan him out to a team in Serie B.
In this sense, the Nerazzurri see a similar path of development to that of Francesco Pio Esposito.
The teenage striker grew by leaps and bounds across two seasons at Spezia. Therefore, Inter are hoping for something from De Pieri at Monza.
Meanwhile, Valentin Carboni had also previously played on loan with Monza a couple seasons ago.
Always seems like it’s a crime in Italy for big clubs to play younger talents, Luca modric at 40 has a better chance in Italy than a promising 21yr old future star. No wonder they have failed to qualify for two world cups back to back and it’s looking like it’s going to be triple miss out if this ignorant culture of always relying of grandpa players is not changed.
