Inter Milan striker Sebastiano Esposito has reportedly become the subject of interest from fellow Serie A rivals Fiorentina.
Per Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, Stefano Pioli’s men are lining up a summer bid for the 22-year-old.
Fiorentina’s interest in the ex-Empoli loanee stems from the uncertain future of Albert Gudmundsson.
Indeed, the Icelandic forward could depart Serie A to join Everton, who seem eager to take him to Liverpool.
Therefore, the Tuscan giants are scouring the market for a new frontman.

In addition to Gudmundsson, Fiorentina could lose Moise Kean after the Italian’s stellar maiden season at Artemio Franchi.
Sebastiano isn’t the only player on the Florence outfit’s shortlist.
Indeed, they’ve already shortlisted his brother Francesco Pio.
However, Inter are reluctant to let the teenage sensation leave the San Siro permanently.
On the other hand, they’re willing to offload Sebastiano, having slapped a €12 million price tag on his shoulders.
Esposito would probably fancy a move to Florence, knowing he won’t have a prominent role under Cristian Chivu.
I would say keep him.
Rubentus 1 man city 4. Wish inter had a manager like pep. I am not against Chivu but inter never had a manager like pep after Jose Morunihuo
I wouldn’t have been against him staying, but if we get €12 million, bearing in mind he only has 1 year left on his contract, fair enough….
If we don’t keep Pio however, there should be riots in the streets of Milan!!!!
How many Espositos are there? 🙂 The one who scored yesterday aiants River is Francesco, right? 🙂 But to add to the confusion, his nick name is “Pio” 🙂
3 brothers. All from Inter youth academy
Salvatore – oldest, playing for Spezia
Sebastiano – 2nd oldest. playing for Inter
Franscesco – youngst, playing for Inter.
He could stay as 4th striker. No need to spend 20 mln on Parma’s striker or spend even more on Hojlund.
or pio and sebastiano stay, get hojlund. Leave parma’s striker… sell taremi…
Then we will have Lautaro, Thuram, S Esposito, Pio Esposito and Hojlund. Good enough for me…
5 strikers for 2 spots would be too much. IMO we need 3 quality strikers (Lautaro, Thuram, Pio) who can heavily rotate with each other, and a 4th one to play in cases of need, i.e. no need to be starter material.
