Inter Milan and Fiorentina are reportedly in advanced talks for the transfer of striker Sebastiano Esposito.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInter1908.
Sebastiano Esposito is currently back at Inter Milan.
The 22-year-old’s loan with Empoli ended at the end of last season. And following relegation from Serie A, the Tuscan club did not exercise their purchase option in the player.
Esposito was actually in the Inter starting eleven in Club World Cup group stage matches against Monterrey and Urawa Red Diamonds.
Inter & Fiorentina In Advanced Talks For Sebastiano Esposito Deal

One thing that looks abundantly clear, however, is that Sebastiano Esposito’s future is not at Inter.
The young striker has had numerous loans over the last four seasons.
A few clubs have shown an interest in signing Sebastiano Esposito. These include Parma and Como.
However, it looks to be Fiorentina who are leading the race for the 22-year-old.
And according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have given the green light for the move to happen. They are now negotiating with La Viola on the fee for Esposito.
According to the Gazzetta, the talks between Inter and Fiorentina have now reached an advanced stage.
Therefore, the newspaper anticipate, it should not be long before the deal happens. Fiorentina will pay Inter a fee of up to €10 million for Esposito.

I hope psg will not be winning the fourth Cup; they have just thrashed inter miami 4-0. SOmeone needs to stop them at any cost even if it means referees, This is starting to be so ridiculous winning all the time. Luis Enrqiue and the CEO of psg need to pay a hefty price,
For sure
Bayern Munich are stopping them
We’ll sell him for 7m this summer and he’ll be sold for 30M next summer. Hope we get a buy back or sell on clause included in the deal.
Bro did you watch him at Empoli ? He wasn’t even a starter in half of the games… Bony is 10 times better…
I’m not saying we shouldnt get bonny, Im saying if we’ll play with 2 up front we need 3 backups, Instead of buying another arna level player we should keep him. both brothers and bonny as our backups for striker.
And I did watch him at empoli a few times actually and whenever he did play he was one the best player on the pitch for them, And you say he didnt start half the games somehow he had more goals than Bonny.
as long as it’s not his brother! his bro’s bulky body has convinced me he’ll do well physically and take lauti’s role as hold up player so lauti can back to score sheets
Pio is a poacher striker, so Lautaro needs to stay behind him.
