Alfredo Pedulla says that Inter Milan are “still waiting for an offer” from Galatasaray for midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.
The SportItalia transfer market expert outlined the situation around the Turkish international on his homepage.
Galatasaray have been trying to sign Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu for the past few weeks.
The transfer rumours have proven to be quite disruptive for Inter.
For example, Nerazzurri captain all but called out Calhanoglu last week over the rumours.
The Argentine made comments to the media after Inter’s exit from the Club World Cup against Fluminense. He declared that “whoever wants to leave, leave.”
Pedulla: “Inter Still Waiting For An Offer” From Galatasaray For Calhanoglu

Pedulla explains that “Galatasaray certainly have an interest in Hakan Calhanoglu.”
“But now, we need to wait and see if things get moving. They have to get to the heart of the matter.”
“It may happen in the next few days,” Pedulla suggests.
“But at least for the time being, it’s just signals that they’re sending.”
Pedulla adds that “Inter are waiting for an offer.”
“It’s true that not that long ago, they rejected €40 million from Bayern. But it’s equally true that they could settle for a lower fee now (though not by that much).”
“As long as words are followed by actions.”
“Galatasaray want Calhanoglu,” Pedulla reports. “But now they need to do the rest, without too many days in this hot July slip away.”
I would rather see him play his conzract out for 2 years and salary of 5 mil per season then be strongarmed to sell one of the best registas by some second tier clubs. 25 mil for everyone and who cannot afford that can gtfo.
give gala an ultimatum.
any offer after x date will be declined regardless of players wish to accept the move.
if they want him then there is no need to stall other than to fck with inter.
The problem is the one who need to sell is Inter.. I don’t think inter have the luxury of having Hakan in the team without replacing him cause of those interview..
I don’t think so Inter must have a clear message players and coach have made a tendency of doing negotiation behind Inter when they have a contract. If they can’t pay for him at a certain date then he’s no longer available to sell and Inter continue with other businesses because getting an offer at the last minute is actually the worst case scenario. Hakan is not stupid he knows if he’s frozen and not playing for months means he risks his career so he will play and he will publicly announce he never wanted to leave. But if Inter allows this show to go on until the last minute it means they’ll be the losers in this situation.
chill dude, plz dont follow every news in transfer window moment. 90% all of them are fakes. relax and wait until you see they pop up in inter trophy room.
