Davide Frattesi could stay at Inter Milan despite persistent talks linking him with a summer move away from Serie A.
Per Sky Sport via FCInterNews, the 25-year-old is no longer desperate to leave San Siro after a managerial change.
There’s hardly a doubt that Davide Frattesi would’ve probably left Inter by now had Simone Inzaghi stayed at the helm.
However, things have changed after Inzaghi’s departure.
Indeed, new boss Cristian Chivu is open to reigniting the Italian midfielder’s career at the Nerazzurri.
Davide Frattesi Close to Staying at Inter Milan

Frattesi was a genuine target for Roma during the January transfer window.
Yet, the club refused to sell the ex-Sassuolo star due to a lack of suitable replacements.
Nonetheless, Frattesi continued to be a bit-part player in Inzaghi’s system.
That had led to speculation about his summer exit.
However, with Inzaghi gone, Frattesi may have found a glimmer of hope that he could reach the promised heights at Inter.
Furthermore, Chivu is willing to give him a more prominent role next season in his 3-4-2-1 formation.
I am going to see him as a new player for us. Inzaghi did him dirty last season and we could not see anything of him but few important goals he made. Hope Chivu change the 3-5-2 formation to something different so we can see the best out of the players we have at the moment.
