Out-of-favour Man United winger Jadon Sancho would be the top target for Inter Milan in attack if they miss out on Ademola Lookman.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, via FCInterNews.

Inter Milan have been link with quite a few attacking players in recent weeks.

Of course, there is no doubt who Inter’s top target is. They are desperate to sign Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman.

However, the Nerazzurri are well aware of the fact that there’s no guarantee they will sign the Nigerian international.

Atalanta have not yet given any sign of opening up to selling Lookman. Even with the player doing everything possible to force their hand,

There have been quite a few names to have emerged as alternative targets for Inter.

These include Chelsea’s Christopher Nkunku and RB Leipzig’s Antonio Nusa.

However, reports the Corriere della Sera, the top name on Inter’s shortlist of backup targets is actually Jadon Sancho.

The Englishman is a player Manchester United will do everything to sell this summer after he returned from a loan spell with Chelsea.

And at 25 years of age, Sancho is right in the age profile that Inter owners Oaktree Capital are after.
