Marcus Thuram had to come off against Slavia Prague in Inter’s last Champions League outing.

Therefore, Cristian Chivu left him out of his squad for the match against Cremonese on the eve of the international break.

Unfazed by Thuram’s injury, Inter trounced the Serie A newcomers 4-1 to stay within striking distance of Roma and Napoli.
