Inter Milan head coach Cristian Chivu has decided to rest Nicolò Barella for today’s Serie A match against Hellas Verona, with Piotr Zielinski and Petar Sucic handed handed the start at the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi.
This afternoon’s Matchday 10 clash kicks off at 12:30 local time (11:30 GMT) in Verona, as Inter look to extend their good form in Serie A and consolidate their place at the summit of the table.
The Nerazzurri arrive in excellent form and have only a defeat to Napoli last weekend as a blemish on their recent record.
Meanwhile Verona are seeking a result to lift them clear of the relegation zone under Paolo Zanetti.

Since Chivu doesn’t like Frattesi’s playing style and lack of tactical intellgence, we should have sold him in the summer. With his money and Diouf’s (around 60 mln in total), we could have bought a quality midfielder who suits Chivu’s tactics.
that was the big mistake of the transfer window, Frattesi had to be sold and Diouf so far has looked poor. We should have spent money on Kone and completed the midfield.
