AC Milan and Inter have officially completed a mega-money purchase of San Siro and the surrounding areas.

According to Sport Mediaset, the Serie A giants have sealed a monumental €196 million deal.

In addition to securing full ownership of the land, the clubs have paved the way for the development of a state-of-the-art stadium complex.

Therefore, November 5, 2025, is a landmark day for AC Milan and Inter.

Indeed, today marks the start of a new era for two of European football’s most iconic clubs.

Though the goal was to complete the purchase by November 10, Milan and Inter have successfully finalized the deal ahead of schedule.

Furthermore, both clubs have been working on defining the bank guarantees necessary for the payment of the first tranche of the price.

The clubs can finalize the agreement only after they transfer these funds.

Meanwhile, Norman Foster will be in charge of designing the new 71,500-seat stadium.

Moreover, construction looks set to begin in 2027, with the clubs aiming to have the facility fully operational by 2031.
