Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu reportedly remains a subject of interest from reigning Super Lig champions Galatasaray.
According to the Turkish press via FCInterNews, the Rams Park giants are ready to lodge an official offer for the 31-year this winter.
Galatasaray fought Fenerbahce to lure Hakan Calhanoglu to Istanbul in the summer.
However, despite holding talks with the player’s agent, both clubs refused to match Inter’s substantial €30 million asking price.
Therefore, Calhanoglu ended up staying at San Siro.
Galatasaray Set to Lodge Formal Bid for Inter Milan Ace Calhanoglu

Galatasaray deemed Inter’s valuation of the Turkey captain excessive over the summer and decided to pull the plug on their pursuit of the player.
However, their interest in Calhanoglu has not vanished.
Instead, Okan Buruk’s men look finally set to test Inter’s resolve by offering €15 million for the former AC Milan playmaker in January.
Still, it’s hard to imagine that Inter would accept such a proposal, especially after Calhanoglu’s strong start to the season.
Indeed, he has flourished under Cristian Chivu, emerging as Inter’s leading goalscorer in Serie A.

Hes still got another year after this season. I would rather keep him for next season and let Akinsamiro or Stankovic slowly integrate into out squad.
I wish Beppe comes out and say “hakan is not for sale”. But for 15 mil they can have his signed t-shirt”
He is valued at 25 and those match fixers keep disrespecting our club with those offers. It would have been nice to drop them with 6 goals while sandro reminds the nigerian about skrinjar and the mask.
