Italian media reports suggest Inter Milan are not actively pursuing Hellas Verona youngster Giovane.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Brazilian forward is not part of the club’s plans for the January transfer window.
With Denzel Dumfries injured and Luis Henrique failing to settle in, Inter will likely add to their wingback options this winter.
However, reinforcing the right flank is not the only priority.
Indeed, Cristian Chivu is reportedly keen to strengthen his frontline despite signing Ange-Yoan Bonny in the summer.
In addition to the French striker, Inter brought Francesco Pio Esposito back from San Siro.
Inter Milan Not Interested in Hellas Verona Ace Giovane

Bonny and Esposito have been nothing short of phenomenal in the early stages of the season.
Therefore, Inter’s rumored interest in Giovane makes little sense.
Though the 22-year-old is not an out-and-out striker, he would likely struggle for regular first-team football at Giuseppe Meazza.
In addition to Inter, Giovane has drawn interest from several other top teams in Serie A.
Indeed, AC Milan, Atalanta, and Roma have set their sights on the former Corinthians starlet.
