Juventus and Inter Milan could reportedly go head-to-head for several emerging Serie A stars, including Marco Palestra.
According to La Repubblica via FCInter1908, the Turin giants have joined the Nerazzurri in the race for the Atalanta loanee.
Marco Palestra has thrived at the beginning of his loan spell at Cagliari, transforming into one of Serie A’s hottest prospects.
Therefore, La Dea have slapped a substantial €40 million price tag on the 20-year-old amid Inter’s growing interest.
However, Cristian Chivu’s men must now fend off Juventus’ efforts to sign the Italian wingback.

Palestra is not the only name in Beppe Marotta’s notebook.
Indeed, Hellas Verona’s Rafik Belghali and Genoa’s Brooke Norton-Cuffy have also caught Marotta’s eye.
However, the former is non-transferable until the end of the season.
Meanwhile, the Griffins value the English starlet at around €30 million.
Although they are both more affordable than Palestra, the San Siro heavyweights are desperate to sign the Italian.
With Juventus now in the race, the price can only go up.
