Federico Dimarco has established himself as one of Europe’s standout wingbacks, emerging as a key figure for Inter Milan.
According to Opta via FCInter1908, the 28-year-old has been the most creative player in Europe’s top five leagues this season.
Dimarco has flourished under Cristian Chivu this term, enjoying far more game time than he did last season.
Indeed, Simone Inzaghi’s notorious rotations often limited his minutes, preventing him from enjoying a sustained run in the starting lineup.
Inter Milan Star Federico Dimarco Creates Most Chances in Europe

Federico Dimarco has scored two goals and provided five assists in 21 competitive appearances this season.
Moreover, Dimarco has created 16 ‘big chances’ this term, at least four more than any other player from Europe’s top five leagues.
Curiously, Lens defender Matthieu Udol is second on the list with 12.
That perhaps best illustrates just how far Dimarco has outpaced the rest of Europe’s elite creators.
Furthermore, Barcelona whizz-kid Lamine Yamal ranks third with 11, the same as Rayan Cherki, Michael Olise, and Maxime Lopez.
He is top 3 on his position, to say otherwise is nonsense.
Dima is top. The comments here are mostly salty rubentinos and platic fans. Forza Inter.
He just crosses all the time and most of it are not accurate so basically losing the ball.
Dimarco creates opportunities but most of them are half chances that are hardly ever scored. He doesnt score free kicks and misses most of his chances. So he might be creative but he is ineffective and at best should be Inter second choice left back.
Flash Score says he has 6 assists.
