Inter interest in Cagliari goalkeeper Elia Caprile has been publicly acknowledged by the player’s agent, who admits it is “nice” to know the Nerazzurri are watching closely.
According to an interview with RAI Sport, Caprile’s agent Omar Rahman confirmed that Inter have been tracking the goalkeeper for some time.
“Inter’s interest? It’s nice to know that big clubs are following you,” Rahman said.
“Even when he was at Bari, Inter and Benfica had already made enquiries about Elia.”
The comments further underline Inter’s long-standing appreciation of the Verona-born shot-stopper, who has continued to grow since joining Cagliari.
