Daniele Doveri sent off Napoli head coach Antonio Conte in Sunday’s intense Serie A showdown against Inter Milan.
According to Corriere della Sera via FCInter1908, Conte’s reaction to Inter’s penalty has left Serie A referees fuming.
Hakan Calhanoglu converted another penalty as Inter and Napoli drew 2-2 at San Siro last weekend.
Indeed, Amir Rrahmani’s cynical challenge on Henrikh Mkhitaryan sent the 31-year-old midfielder to the spot.
Despite initially refusing to award Inter a penalty, Daniele Doveri changed his mind after reviewing the incident with VAR.
Serie A Referees Mad at Antonio Conte After Inter Milan 2-2 Napoli Draw

Though it was a clear-cut penalty, it didn’t sit well with Antonio Conte.
Instead, the famous coach had another touchline tantrum, forcing Doveri to give him the marching orders.
As a result, the former Juventus and Inter manager is now facing a two-game ban in Serie A.
Furthermore, referees are expecting the Sports Judge to punish Conte for his unprofessional behavior.
They want the governing body to make an example of the 56-year-old, whose antics have become intolerable.

Conte acts like a tough guy but he is just a little coward in a wig. Always whining and crying when things don’t go his way. He has a short shelf life as a motivator because his act is disingenuous. Only fellow posers like Lukaku follow him around.
He was the same way at Inter and I’m not proud of him as a fan.
People don’t get it. There’s a reason he fails when it comes to CL because the teams there go all out and they’re not in Italy .At Napoli he cried when he had too many players then now doing the same when he has less due to injuries. Against weaker sides his players are not motivated enough to actually get a result
