PSV Eindhoven veteran Ivan Perisic has reportedly agreed personal terms with Serie A giants Inter Milan.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, the 36-year-old is desperate to return to San Siro.
Ivan Perisic played for Inter between 2015 and 2022 before joining Tottenham Hotspur on a short-term deal.
Despite entering the autumn of his playing career, the Croatian star could return to his old stomping ground this winter.
Furthermore, the Nerazzurri have identified him as an ideal short-term replacement for the injured Denzel Dumfries.
PSV Ace Ivan Perisic Keen to Return to Inter Milan

Perisic has already agreed to join Inter, but the Nerazzurri have yet to convince PSV to sanction the transfer.
Indeed, the former Hajduk Split winger has become vital to Peter Bosz’s setup this season.
Therefore, the Peasants are reluctant to let him go midway through the campaign, especially with the Champions League playoffs on the horizon.
However, the Dutch heavyweights are at risk of missing out on the knockout stages after losing at Newcastle United last night.
They’re now level on points with 25th-placed Napoli heading into the final league-phase round.
As such, there’s still a chance they could end up empty-handed, which would significantly bolster Inter’s hopes of re-signing Perisic.

We should already be planning for Hakan’s successor, and for me Luciano Valente from Feyenoord is a seriously smart option. He brings that same engine, physicality and late-run threat we see in Scott McTominay, while also adding creativity to the midfield.
Since he’s still young and developing, a loan with an option to buy could be a low-risk, high-reward move or even a loan swap involving Davide Frattesi. Feels like one of those deals that could quietly turn into a masterstroke.
this must be a fukn joke
Always liked Perisic, sad when he left but it made sense considering Dimarco’s rise.
This only makes sense as a short term loan
Anything else is pure madness, especially if we have to pay ANY money for him.
The mantra was meant to be “reduce the age of the squad” – signing another 37yr lines up well with that
The other problem is the younger players they signed aren’t up to the quality required.
With signings like this it shows where inter are within the world of football. We are not elite. Sommer acerbi far too old to be first choice starting 11. We as a club are not moving forward.
Why do we have a youth team and u23 if we do not produce enough quality and inter prefer to sign a 36 yr old has been instead of promoting a youth player into the squad.
there are most likely no youth players that can even get close to the quality required for the first team competing to win Serie A, unfortunately. Another unfortunate circumstance is that we are bringing a 37 yrs old, instead of identifying and brining someone who can be a longer term investment for this RWB (or whatever it’s called) position. Sadly, we are a broke and mismanaged club that keeps making ridiculous moves on the market and this will most likely continue into the foreseeable future…
No! Perisic is too young for us…
Get Marco Palestra
Palestra will not be transferable until the wolrd cup is over. Cagliari still waiting, coz his market value will only be increasing.
Cagliari doesnt decide jack shit, he is only loaned for this season to them. Its Atalanta which decides his faith.
