Aleksandar Stankovic continues to impress during his loan spell in Belgium and, once again, his performance has fuelled discussion about a future return to Inter Milan.

The midfielder starred for Club Brugge, scoring twice in a thrilling 4-3 win over Zulte Waregem at the Jan Breydel Stadium.

After the match, Stankovic shared his joy on Instagram. “Two goals, three points. Very happy for the team and our fans. No Sweat No Glory,” he wrote.

Shortly after, a familiar name appeared in the comments.

Federico Dimarco praised his former teammate directly. “Great Aleksandar, fantastic brace,” the Inter wing-back wrote.

In response, Stankovic replied with Dimarco’s personalised San Siro chant, a gesture that caught the attention of supporters.

Meanwhile, speculation around Stankovic’s long-term future continues to grow.
