Serie A giants Inter Milan are reportedly set to miss out on the signing of Al-Ittihad speed demon Moussa Diaby.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio via FCInterNews, Al-Ittihad owners Public Investment Fund (PIF) have deemed Inter’s latest bid insufficient.
Moussa Diaby has emerged as Inter’s top target to replace Denzel Dumfries.
Furthermore, the Nerazzurri tested Al-Ittihad’s resolve with a tangible proposal after agreeing personal terms with the 26-year-old.
However, the Saudi Pro League heavyweights have slammed the door shut.
Inter Milan to Miss Out on Moussa Diaby Arrival

After PSV Eindhoven turned down their offer for Ivan Perisic, Inter turned to Diaby, who has spent the last 18 months in Saudi Arabia.
Indeed, the Nerazzurri had tried to sign the lightning-fast winger on loan with an option to buy.
Still, the Serie A pacesetters were only willing to include a €35 million purchase option.
Meanwhile, Inter’s proposal fell on PIF’s deaf ears.
That’s barely surprising, considering Al-Ittihad splashed out €60 million to lure Diaby away from Aston Villa in the summer of 2024.
