Inter Milan midfielder Piotr Zielinski reigned supreme in Sunday’s Serie A triumph over Cremonese at Stadio Giovanni Zini.
According to the Italian media via L’Interista, the 31-year-old star put on a show in Cremona.
Piotr Zielinski has remarkably turned his fortunes around following an underwhelming first season at San Siro.
Indeed, the former Napoli playmaker has gone from strength to strength this term, re-establishing himself as one of Europe’s best midfielders.
Piotr Zielinski Runs Show in Cremonese 0-2 Inter Milan Win

Cristian Chivu was unable to call upon Nicolo Barella and Hakan Calhanoglu for yesterday’s trip to Cremona.
However, Zielinski excelled in their absence, delivering another outstanding performance.
For starters, the Polish ace scored yet another headline-grabbing strike to double Inter’s lead midway through the first half.
Indeed, his stunning left-footed effort from well outside the box caught Cremonese goalkeeper Emil Audero off guard.
Moreover, Zielinski emerged as Inter’s driving force in the engine room, overshadowing Petar Sucic and Davide Frattesi.
As a result, he has now netted four goals in 20 Serie A games this season.

I understand management’s strategy for transfers. They are making reasonable investments but more importantly are keeping key players. That, I think, has been underappreciated by fans.
Sure, we sold Hakimi. We sold Lukaku and Onana for huge profits- a move that looks like robbery now. But, the core of the team remains and replacements were brought in for free.
Then, Zielinksi feels like a new signing this season. He is a 50m euro midfielder that we have gotten for free.
The team is a system now and players are made better by the system rather than the team relying on the talent of individuals.
Well said!
Every negative comment here comes from haters or from fans who just woke up 17 years too late. Let them be.
Yeah like Milan with Leao and Pulisic of they don’t perform the team struggle. But now Inter have Pio and Bony so when Thuram isn’t doing well (like in recent matches) others step up. Also now both Hakan and Barella are injured but Inter barely miss them but missing those 2 in previous season would mean 100% dropping points
Well said, let’s not forget Suning selling our star players and replace them with free transfers.
