Inter Milan wingback Carlos Augusto has reportedly returned to training ahead of Wednesday’s showdown against Torino.
According to FCInterNews, the Brazilian star trained with the rest of the squad today.
Cristian Chivu was unable to count on the 26-year-old in Sunday’s away clash against Cremonese.
Indeed, muscle fatigue sidelined the former Monza star from Inter’s trip to Stadio Giovanni Zini.
However, the Nerazzurri claimed a straightforward 2-0 win over Davide Nicola’s side.
Carlos Augusto Returns from Injury for Inter Milan vs Torino Clash

Inter will take on Torino in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals on Wednesday.
Seeking a landmark 10th title in the most prestigious cup competition in the country, the Nerazzurri are unlikely to take this fixture lightly.
Therefore, Chivu can take confidence from welcoming at least one first-team star back from injury.
Hakan Calhanoglu, Nicolo Barella, and Denzel Dumfries remain in the pits, with the former duo expected to return next weekend.
Meanwhile, Augusto will be at Chivu’s disposal on Wednesday, though Federico Dimarco should still get the nod on the left wing.
