Runaway Serie A leaders Inter Milan could reportedly wave goodbye to several first-team stars at the end of the season.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, Francesco Acerbi, Matteo Darmian, and Stefan de Vrij are likely to leave the club.
Indeed, the San Siro giants have already decided against renewing their expiring contracts.
Furthermore, they’re unlikely to offer veteran midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan a new deal.
However, the Armenian may not be the only midfield star to sever ties with the Nerazzurri.
Inter Milan to Part Ways with Several First-Team Stalwarts in the Summer

In addition to Mkhitaryan, Andy Diouf and Davide Frattesi also seem to be closer to departing the club than staying.
Moreover, Nicolo Barella’s future at Giuseppe Meazza is hanging in the balance following an unimpressive season.
Moving higher up the pitch, Marcus Thuram could be packing his bags.
Indeed, Cristian Chivu has launched Francesco Pio Esposito’s senior career at Inter, with the teenager quickly overshadowing the Frenchman.
In defense, Denzel Dumfries might leave after being tracked by Liverpool in January.
Finally, Yann Sommer’s career in Serie A is drawing to a close, with Inter identifying Roma’s Mile Svilar as a dream target.

here we go again; blaming game
Please sell them all except zielinski and akanji, bisseck, dimarco, augusto.
I don’t mind if Barella and Thuram are sold in the summer, considering their decline and ineffectiveness.
nothing wrong with Barella
he has not play next to Mr allergic to cross
Luis Henrique. He is constantly requiring Barella to hug the sideline so Luis can do his amazingly negative back passes.
Never in 40 years of watching football have I seen a professional footballer be scared to cross the ball at pace like Luis Henrique.
Luis Henrique, Acerbi, Thuram and Fratessi need to be moved on.
I’m glad I’m not the only one seeing it Henrique just gets in good position then just pass back because he he’s scared. Chivu must analyse every player performance and its clear Henrique is just terrible yet he keeps using him which is a VERY worrying sign because it means he will be stubborn on shit player even tho anyone with a single brain sell can tell that the guy is terrible.
Even Dalbert and Dodo showed more initiative going forward. Henrique is a bust.
first part of your wish will most certainly be not fulfilled. Second part will most likely be, we will be playing our own youth most of them with questionable qualities..
I’ve said it long time ago that we need to replace 10 players over the course of last summer and next one, to not get caught with our pants down when we needed to replace almost half of team at once, but then came comments how you can’t replace that much players at one, sporting sector will fail, this isn’t video game and so on… Fact is last summer we should have replaced Sommer, Darmian, Acerbi and Frattesi. Next summer to get rid of rest of older players De Vrij, Mhiki then comes sale of Thuram, Dumfries and Hakan (possibly Luis since he failed to live up to his expectations on wingback position), also raise some cash from selling Pavard and Asllani. My question for our outgoing transfer policy is why we always have to wait for expiration date on most of our players to let them go for peanuts or nothing? In the last couple of years of players who were on downward career path or weren’t good enough we could have raised some serious money and reinvest, like 20+ mil for Asllani, De Vrij, 30+ for Hakan, Carboni, 40+ for Frattesi, sold Thuram for his release clause which is about 70 mil…
I want to see some big changes next season. Mixed with world class players and our youth. Can’t keep filling our squad with old average players anymore.
