Serie A pacesetters Inter Milan are bracing for a transitional summer transfer window, with numerous long-serving stars set to leave the club.
According to La Repubblica via FCInterNews, the San Siro giants have already identified four priorities for the summer.
On the verge of winning the Scudetto in his first season at the club, Cristian Chivu has earned Beppe Marotta’s trust.
Therefore, Inter are keen to reward the 45-year-old manager with a new long-term contract.
Meanwhile, the Nerazzurri will undergo a major defensive overhaul in the coming months.
Indeed, Francesco Acerbi, Matteo Darmian, and Stefan de Vrij will be on their way out in June, with Inter already earmarking potential replacements.
Roma stalwart Gianluca Mancini has emerged as a dream target. Moreover, Tarik Muharemovic and Oumar Solet are also on Marotta’s shortlist.
Inter Milan Set Four Priorities for the Summer Transfer Window
In addition to revamping their defensive options, Inter will have a new starting goalkeeper next season.
With Yann Sommer’s contract expiring in less than two months, Guglielmo Vicario could take the Swiss veteran’s spot in goal.
On the other hand, Inter remain keen to hold onto star wingback Denzel Dumfries.
However, if the Dutchman leaves the club in the summer, Barcelona prodigy Hector Fort could arrive to fill the vacancy.
Last but not least, Alessandro Bastoni may continue his career at the Camp Nou, with Inter looking to reinvest the money from his exit to sign Nico Paz.
All we need is palestra. Stankovic is all obviously coming back. And filip should be the target for a gk.
Vicario – Hard pass
Mancini – Hard pass
Muharemovic – Pass
Solet – maybe he can be ok
judging from guler’s performance last night. there’s no way in hell nico paz is going to replace him, nor is he replacing bellingham, or valverde.
he is going to sit on the bench most of the time, coming in for occassion minutes at best.
thats why real are planning to not resign him this summer, but next summer 2027, the question is – does paz want to stay in como waiting for real or he will take responsibility and move to bigger club where pressure is bigger
Stop dreaming about Paz – he won’t be coming…
