people don’t realize how good of a passer Rüdiger is. he’s Miles ahead of miranda and murillo in terms of passing.

Look at his defensive stats, which is obviously what really matter since you know… he is a CB? Then you will see that Miranda is far superior.
30m is an absurd price for a very average defender like Rudiger.
actually, his defensive average. but its hard to judge a defender based on stats. defending is more about teamwork.

as you can see, we both know who got 2nd in the league and who plays for hull. and who knows the better defender. stats lie sometimes

He is! People love to make him the scapegoat but he was always paired with lousy teammates: Danilo, nagatomo, Juan Jesus, vidic, Mathias silvestre, etc etc…

He some very useful long passes – Materazzi-style! Manolas is more a short passer type of defender.. Both great but I like Rudiger too, also because he´s very fast and with Pepe next to him, that wouldn’t be bad thing 🙂
Like Rudiger a lot, he’s tall, very athletic, technically strong and very fast – seems like a good match to a not so young anymore, Pepe.
I can’t choose between him and Manolas. Both are really good. Roma must be crazy to sell us two of these three guys.
Manolas is a ALOT better defensively than Rudiger.

True, both are great and young.. but Manolas is more technical and really good with the ball at his feat. He´s more of a modern “playing defender” than Rudiger, who still have great long passing-skills… actually they seem like the perfect pair – with the hard tackling, very fast, man-marker Rudiger next to the “sweeper-like” Manolas.
