When he exited tonight’s game against Udinese in favor of Rodrigo Palacio, Ivan Perisic saluted the crowd on his way out. The crowd, knowing that this was the last game in an Inter jersey for the Croat responded the same way and applauded him. Stefano Vecchi saluted Perisic with the following words according to Premium Sport: “Good luck, wherever you go”.

Typical Inter logic getting rid of our best player thinking it’ll make the team better. Pff, I’m sorry but I don’t see how we will get better without Perisic. In my opinion it would be better to buy another for the right side instead and focus on the defense. But what do I know.
we shouldn’t miss him, we haven’t won anything with him or with any of the current line up, so we do need a change- maybe a player that do plays with heart instead of repeating the same skill move over and over again-
He did a honorable thing today by playing his ass off for us and showing that maybe he IS worth 50-60 mil. I hate to see him go, he’s an amazing player and he will only get better.
So it’s true.. and I’m going to say the same as I said when Kovacic left us: I’m not afraid because he’s leaving. I’m afraid who is going to play instead of him…
He will be missed next season. I don’t think many people realize this yet.
His work rate cannot be undermined…his attitude however? I think it would be better suited for inter to get a player who can lift others around them rather than those who catch a fit when a player makes a bad run or doesn’t latch onto their pass…a great player nevertheless.
so sad
