After agreeing with Ausilio and Gardini, Luciano Spalletti is ready to start his new adventure with Inter. The coach (with a two-year contract plus an option for a third year) has already defined what staff to bring to Appiano Gentile, this according to Premium Sport. Spalletti will be assisted by Domenichini as his deputy along with Baldini and Pane plus an athletic trainer. The goalkeepers will continue to work with Bonaiuti.
During the meeting in Florens there were also discussions about this year’s mercato, and the first objective is to reinforce the defence. At the top of the list is still Dalbert where Inter is still waiting for Nice’s response on the second offer of 9 millioin of euros plus bonuses. After that the plan is to launch an attack at Roma in order to get Rüdiger and Nainggolan, but before that some players have to go starting with Ivan Perisic that seems destined for Manchester United before the end of June. This would mean the start of the monster mercato that Suning has promised.

This is the first article since a long time that makes sense. Defensive reinforcement is the utmost priority
This is the first Mercato in years where the priority is making a complete technical staff and fixing the defence.
Looks good so far.
Glad that we are going for Dalbert and Nainggolan, but Rudiger seems to be the worst cb from those 4 we are linked with.
Rudiger s price 40m
Manolas price 40m
De Vrij s price 20-30m
Acerbi s price 20m

i’ve not often seen him play in full matches, from except playing vs Inter. But he seems to be decent in distributing the balls to the wingers, cross balls.

It would be a big mistake on our part to pay 30-40M on Rudiger, if there is a chance to sign Manolas for the same money.
