Young players from highly rated leagues are often more likely to be flops. The Netherlands works really well with young players and give them playing time. Take Ajax for instance. They went to the EL final with an average squad age under 23.
The Dutch league has been crap for years, it’s no longer the talent factory it used to be.
How many world class players has come from this league this decade? Eriksen, suarez (was a name before this decade anyways…) and?…..

He is very good and very energetic IN my opinion he is a must have
