if you take look on transfermarkt, top transfers of this mercato….in first 50 the less valued player by transfermarkt is “MILAN SKRINIAR”….guess who buy him, for just 328% over the player value? of course no one player in this mercato for now isn’t payed more over transfermarkt value….
and if we look on the sales…first looser Gonalons, valued by 15m and sold to our rivals AS Roma for just 5m…second is Gnabry valued at 15m on transfermarkt and he was sold to Bayern for just 8m….guess who is third on the list…Never Ever Banega with 1,77% under market value…

transfermarkt valuations means absolutely nothing.
Their MV isn’t really accurate for young up incoming players. It’s pretty accurate for established players because they have a history of transfers and have better understanding of their MV…. By your logic alot of clubs overpay, go look at the history on there alot of clubs paid 10-15mil more of the listed MV.
rather pay those money for skriniar than 40 M for rudiger (at least). but the best is, if we can steal manolas for 40 M.
giving up on him would be the biggest mistake this club could do
