Roma President, James Pallotta has announced that the renewal of Radja Nainggolan is a done deal. When asked by reporters outside the Ciampino airport in Rome, he responded to the question regarding the talks with the Belgian player:
“Yes, it’s all done. Finally, no?” Then Pallotta announcement: “Next year we will take part of the tour in China.”
Pallotta’s statements seem shut down all rumors of a Radja departure, all that’s left is the official announcement. Nainggolan is expected to sign over the next few days, it’ll be a deal to June 2021 worth €4m per year.

I don’t understand why we wasted time on this to begin with. Since the beginning of the mercato he said he’s happy and doesn’t want to leave Roma. Yet we chased him anyway. Same with James, Vidal, who’s next to get a renewal after being linked to Inter? All we are right now is $uning money being used as leverage so players can get paid elsewhere. Obviously no plan, no vision. No goals no ambition as per usual.
Hmm…. I think he was ready to leave, if Roma didn’t offer him a specific number in the new contract.
He sure hinted at an exit on Twitter a few times……
But he and his agent played a very nice renewal-strategy.
