Inter star Mauro Icardi spoke to SKY Sport after the game against Roma and analysed the game.
“This victory is a good sign for all of us. We are doing well at the moment after a great pre-season and we have the results despite a tough beginning of the season. We are ready to face any team that will play us, and I think we showed that today. It is always great to play games at the highest level like we have done these first two rounds, and we did it well.”
“We do what the coach asks of us, in the first half we were a bit passive but in the second half we managed to put them under pressure and we got the result that we wanted. We have great players who are very strong individually and we are always trying to become more of a team, something that was missing last season. The club is still trying to reinforce the squad, but we are alreday aware of this teams value.”

There is still some people who think Gaglia is better than Vecino! How stupid things could be.
I still believe Gaglia has better vision in passing. He tried some long balls that Vecino never did. But I appreciate Vecino’s push in the box. He did that at least two times. One good pass that Candy wasted it before scoring a goal.
Told you before the start of the championship that Vecino would be the real surprise this year in our team. He’s a superb player and will show it this year!
