It seems that Inter’s impressive start has affected a lot of fans. According to numbers presented by Gazzetta dello Sport, more than 50 000 people will come to San Siro for tomorrow’s game against SPAL, promoted to Serie A last season. There are even rumours about the mayor of Milan coming to support Inter. Let’s hope that Inter’s strong start of this year’s championship continues, the mid-day games are always difficult and SPAL has nothing to lose.

I am reading in Italian sites that it could even be 60.000.
Impressive.
But it is so absolutely impressive only for Italian standards .
In yesterday’s interview he gave after signing the new contract Perisic was pointing out that ,when he played for Borussia Dortmund ,they always had around 80.000 spectators at each given game ,and,he added, Inter could potentially do the same.
He is right .
At certain ,particular conditions we could.
( Strong ,consistent, dominating team always fighting for scudetto and Suning able to invest a bit more to complete such consistent scudetto team, with some spectacular offensive stars).
80.000 would pretty much mean doubling juve attendance at any given match.
Anyways…even 55.000 for a 12:30 game with Spal..would be SO damn impressive for Italy.
Inter has the most loyal ,real fans in Italy, by far.
Inter’s lawyer for decades Prisco once said about juve attendance at one time being around 15.000 for one serie A match:
” You can buy matches, but you can’t buy real fans”.
lets hope so dude! above all we need consistency. spal is the kind of team we lost points too in the past, when they should have been a guaranteed 6 points.
