According to Tuttosport, Javier Pastore whom is playing very little over at PSG could be on the Inter radar for the January transfer market. The transaction won’t be an easy one, however, if Inter is willing to offer a loan with obligation to buy this may entice the Paris squad.
Another option for the January window is that of Alex Teixeira of Jiangsu, sister club for Inter Milan for which is owned by the Suning Group and of which Walter Sabatini is the sporting director for. Teixeira can come in and boost Inter’s needs and will only be a season long loan, though a very economically friendly deal.
The dream for the Nerazzurri is to bring in players in the like of Mesut Ozil and Leon Goretzka for which both of their contracts are set to expire in June. For Goretzka, the transaction may just be very competitive as many clubs are interested in the player while Ozil has yet to renew with Arsenal and is Not willing to lower his wages of 9 Million Euro per year. For Inter, this is 40% more in wages than Inter’s highest paid player, Mauro Icardi.
I am not crazy about Pastore coming to us,particularly if it was for a huge investment.
I have never been crazy about his general contribution in the field and , by the way, there is a reason why he never really played in PSG.
Someone like Ozil or Sanchez instead…
I remember when he played for Palermo as attacking midfielder. He possessed high-rated skill as number 10 behind striker. He had good vision to deliver a pass & an eyed for goal. If I’m not wrong, he was one of reasons behind Cavani’s rapid development & exploded as a striker. Palermo’s deadly attacking duo: Pastore-Cavani, Vasquez-Dybala. Probably the next lethal couple would be Pastore-Icardi, who knows fellas..
The hunt for Sneijder heir is: ON
Why not both..pastore to replace candreva and texeira as trequartista.
Pastore is magical in possession. Something we need. I wouldn’t say no to Teixeira either but since it would only be a loan it wouldn’t be a solution to the problem. Goretzka would be amazing but he will probably go to Bayern or Premier League and Ozil.. I don’t think he would be motivated enough if he came to Inter. He went from Real Madrid to Arsenal and going to Inter atm would be another step down in his career. We need hungry players who will play to win.
Juve wanted hungry players and signed Higuain. Well he doesnt look hungry any more – he looks like his hunger has been well satisfied with pasta:)
Haha 10/10
Huge NO for Pastore, I’d much rather getting Teixeira instead of him.
Omg you must be high
