Premium Sport report that Inter are ready to offer the club captain Mauro Icardi a new and financially improved contract.
In recent days, Sportig Director Piero Ausilio and Suning Sports Group director Walter Sabatini have been working tirelessly together to present the Argentine international striker a deal that is close to that of Juventus’ number 10 Paulo Dybala, since Inter consider Icardi to be a top player in the same category as for example Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona’s Lionel Messi.
Furthermore, the Nerazzurri consider Mauro Icardi to at be the center of the clubs future project and therefore are prepared to give the Argentinian international striker an improved salary in order to keep him happy in the black and blue side of Milano.
This improved salary is attainable thanks to individually based performance bonuses as well as squad based performance bonuses.
