Napoli’s Lorenzo Insigne spoke on his first hearbreak in football in an interview with Dugout: “The first team I played for was Olimpia Grumese, then from there I went to Napoli. The first trophy I won was a best player trophy in a youth tournament in Turin. The trophy was bigger than me! I was very proud.”
“In the same year, I wasn’t Inter and Torino opted not to sign me, as they said I was too short. I’m happy the way things panned out though, because I made my dream come true by playing for Napoli,” he added.

I don’t see him as the Italian media describe him, he is normal, rather go with politano of sussollo then this hyped guy.
Saying that was a big mistake is an understatement.
i guess if you are too small you need to be slam at least once to get the powers to overcome your height problem. i never heard of a small great football player who became who he is without being slam.
not to mention javier zanetti, who actually left football for some time after being told he just not good enough.
You are at the right club. Being at inter as a youngster mean that you won’t play for the first team and would just gonna be used to buy gargano from Napoli back then.
The most stupid reason for letting a player go.
Unfortunately, that happens a lot in italy
Yeah, couldn’t he just get some of those hormones that Messi got? Jokes aside, having him would be great.
