Inter’s Sporting Directors Piero Ausilio and Walter Sabatini are already focusing on their strategy during the upcoming transfer window in January according to a report in Sportmediaset.

According to the report, the Nerazzurri’s prime objective is to reinforce the team’s midfield, and they have decided to go for Jiangsu Suning’s Brazilian midfielder Ramires. The former Chelsea player has been out of action for the past three weeks due to a knee injury but could arrive in Milano already in December to start traning with the Nerazzurri.

The Brazilian midfielder who was a part of Chelsea’s Champions League winning squad, wants to return to Europeans footballers, something he has made clear to his followers on social media. The player is under contract with Jiangsu Suning until the end of 2019 but Inter are currently working to fascilitate a loan deal from Jiangsu, similar to the one concluded last January which saw Australian international defender Trent Sainsbury join the Nerazzurri.
