In Gazza Offside, Marco Materazzi gave his views on the Saturday’s game in Turin:

“According to me Inter did a very good game, they did what I, in a sense, had expected. Stramaccioni took home three points that you cannot take away from the team. The team was stood against attacks during the first half and in the second half they showed that they can play in parity with Juventus. Juventus approached the game very well, while they undeservedly took the lead after the mistake by the linesman. Handanovic denied Marchisio a second goal but overall it was a team that had fewer chances than at other occasions. Above all, I saw much nervousness on their part, which Lichtsteiner proved but also by 2-3 interventions by Barzagli against Nagatomo or Chiellini against Milito. You could see their hunger for revenge against Inter.”
